Quality Hotel™ Arlanda XPO

We stayed at the hotel before our flight to Mallorca at 7.30am. Arrived in the evening the day before and parked our car in their indoor garage. Plenty of spaces to park this time late April and we get to park for free for the whole week we were gone. I think it was 50kr per additional day for those over a week. The rooms were just the right size and the bed was comfortable to sleep in even with us sharing the bed with our 3 year old. We had a good view over the carpark and from the distance we could also see the trains pass by and aeroplanes. Our son definitely enjoyed the view. The room was quite and isolated well so we slept well too. There were activities we could do like table football and hockey and they also had a shuffleboard. Our son had a great time playing. Plenty of sofas and lounges to just chill and hang out. We didn't eat at the restaurant because when we cheked the menu, they were kind of overpriced. So I suggest just grabbing something to eat before going to the hotel. There was a snacks corner where you can get some chips, candies, tea and coffee if you really want to grab a bite. Breakfast started at 4am at the hotel for us leaving on a Saturday. We ate breakfast at 5.30 and even managed to eat some warm food. Otherwise they only had cold food available before that. The lady at the breakfast hall was very accomodating and even packed some breakfast for my toddler. Very much appreciated ❤️. The bus came on time at 6.25 and conveniently took us to the airport terminal 4. It took maybe 10 minutes or so to get there. The receptionists were friendly and helpful mostly and even assisted me to print out some documents I needed for my trip. One of the receptionist during our time of arrival wasn't too friendly though. She probably was bored or tired since she was all alone at the lobby when we got there. Maybe consider to smile when greeting guests? Anyways, I called in before also to ask details about the hotel and they were very kind to provide me with details and answered my questions. Overall we were very satisfied and will definitely book here again.

We came late at night and we were greeted by a very warm welcome from Lukas at the reception. Not only was he extremely gentlemanly but professional. He helped us figure out our way to the city and graciously helped us scan some documents we needed. All this at 12:30 at night, it was as though his energy with customers is never ending! Lovely stay, and would highly recommend this hotel as they not only offer competitive pricing but most importantly, they treat you with the utmost dignity and care. Thank you Lukas again for your hospitality.

Not for long stay staff attitude wise. Not helpful, irritated by every question. Rooms were nice, but mattress was slipping from under the body all the time. Water in shower changes the temperature a little bit from hot to warm, while use

Do not make the mistake I did, which was to take an Uber from the airport to the hotel. It cost US$44 😳. Seven minute ride. The hotel was fine, I was upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor, and the included Swedish breakfast was good. But I had not checked if there was an airport shuttle beforehand and my flight got in so late (after 11pm) there was no one in the airport to ask.

Rooms are very small but clean, hotel doesn’t have the greatest facilities, just the basic ones, close to the airport. Good if you are traveling for business or conferences around. But not great if you are on holiday.
